Changed Your Mind About An Item?
Customers may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase date*
*BATTERIES CANNOT BE RETURNED
*CONTROLLERS CANNOT BE RETURNED
*MOTORS CANNOT BE REURNED
The ONLY exception to the above is if the shipping box is completely unopened. This means the packing tape must not be altered in anyway. If you ship an item in for a return that does not comply with the above, you will NOT receive a refund.
Due to the nature of electronic items, it is very difficult to determine if items have been tampered with unless they are still sealed in the original box sent from Momentum Watts. This policy is in affect to insure that we maintain the highest level of quality parts to fulfill orders. We check all batteries before shipment to ensure that they are functional and ready for use.
Restocking Fee is 25% of the original purchase price, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 business days of your item being received at Momentum Watts. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Returns without a listed RMA on the label or affixed on the box will be delayed until the return is claimed by the purchaser, as we will have no way to identify who it belongs to.

Did We Ship You The Wrong Item?
We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We will provide you a pre-paid return label via email, then we will ship the correct item when we receive your original shipment back.

Is Your Item Not Working?
Pre-Wire Kits: These units are fully tested to be working and functional before going in the box. If you have an issue out of the box, please contact us below. If you have ben actively using the controller and have entered parameters beyond the capable limits of your controller, we cannot help you.
Batteries: Every battery is plugged in and run on our test stand before shipment. If your battery does not power on after being plugged into the bike, make sure it has been fully charged to ensure the BMS has "woken up". If the issue persist, please contact us. Once you are actively using the battery, if you have entered parameters beyond the batteries limits posted limits, we cannot help you.
Controller (Non-PreWire) : 99% of issues are caused by incorrect wiring, please see our "Articles" section on how to properly wire your controller. If you believe that your controller is faulty, please contact us below and we will arrange for your controller to be checked with one of our own wiring harnesses. If you have ben actively using the controller and have entered parameters beyond the capable limits of your controller, we cannot help you.
If you are moving forward with the form below: Please make sure to include your order number in the notes and a detailed explanation of your issue, or your ticket will not be responded to. You will need to ship your item back to us in order for us to evaluate your warranty claim. It is crucial that you practice an abundance of care when packing a battery or any other electrical item. Items returned with insufficient packing will automatically be declined.
